1.Silence:

  • 1.1 Maintain silence inside the study hall at all times.
  • 1.2 Mobile phones should be on silent mode or switched off.
  • 1.3 Any discussion or group study must be conducted in designated areas (if available) or outside the study hall.

2.Respect for Others:

  • 2.1 Do not disturb other students. Maintain decorum and behave professionally.
  • 2.2 Avoid occupying seats with personal belongings unnecessarily.

3.Use of Electronics:

  • 3.1 Laptops and tablets are allowed for study purposes, but use headphones for any audio.
  • 3.2 Use of mobile phones inside the study hall for non-study purposes is strictly prohibited.

4.Cleanliness:

  • 4.1 Keep the study hall clean and tidy. Dispose of any waste in the provided bins.
  • 4.2 Do not eat inside the study hall. Only water is allowed.
  • 4.3 Chairs are meant only for sitting, use it in a proper way, damages to the chairs may leads to penalty or replacement with a new chair.

5.Booking and Usage:

  • 5.1 Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis or via pre-booking as per the academy’s policies.
  • 5.2 Students must vacate their seat promptly at the end of their booking time if there is a time slot system in place.

6.Personal Belongings:

  • 6.1 The academy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • 6.2 Do not leave personal items unattended. Unattended items may be removed by the staff.

7. Library and Study Material:

  • 7.1 If there is a library or study material section within the study hall, students must return the material after use.
  • 7.2 Removing library resources or study materials without permission will lead to disciplinary action.

8. Disciplinary Action:

  • 8.1 Any violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the study hall.
  • 8.2 Repeat offenders may face further action, including expulsion from the academy.

9. Seat Allocation:

  • 9.1 Students are allowed to use only the allocated seats, not to use other cabins, even if it is un occupied.
  • 9.2 The concern person is responsible for Damages caused to the Chairs or Desks, and Maintenance charges must be borne by that student
  • 9.3 Particular student is responsible for the damages of the one or more places used by them.
  • 9.4 Allocation of seat is purely discreational
  • 9.5 Group seat allocation is subjected to availability – Seating arrangements cannot be changed as per the students need.
  • 9.6 Strictly not to write in the academy books
  • Terms and conditions may subjected to vary form time to time – PM IAS has the full rights to change it with out any intimation.

Payment Terms:

Single month user need to pay Rs: 1800 + 1200 as a refundable security deposit. It cant be adjusted if the student moves to the monthly package.

Study hall can be booked for a minimum of 3 Months period only

Rs: 3600 Must be paid during admission & 1200 is considered as security deposit that can be refunded with prior intimation only.

Common damages like Smart locks and others must be beared by all the students who uses the study hall, even if particular student is not in the study hall.

Miss use or losing of the smart card may leads to a penalty of Rs:150+ 18% GST.
